FALSE INFORMATION SUPPLIED TO CLIENT

Hi there, i am a proud owner of a gold cheque account. Recently i visited a FNB branch in Killarney where a lady assisted me with a 30 day loan R3000 on my account. I asked her a question around my account as i sometimes get late payments into my account and my medical aid installment goes off however it never rejects thank, so i asked her why is this as i do not have an overdraft etc, she advised that medical aid will never be rejected by the bank as this is something that involves life and death. If medical aid is not paid and cover is cancelled she said the bank will be responsible for the situation of the client therefore i was told this will never happen. I now am in a position for the first time where i have no funds in the account and on the 6th i received a message stating that my debit order has rejected. I am now in a position where not only my credit record looks bad but i have to make arrangements to get my debit orders and accounts informed ff manual payments, I require feedback asap on this as well as feedback on when the loan needs to be paid by as i do not want a bad credit record
