I was involved in an accident on the 11/01/2013, i reported this to budget insurance and within an hour my vehicle was towed away and was assured that the matter will be dealt with shorty, within minutes after my vehicle was towed a conlutant called me to take details of the accident, after loging the details she expressed her sincerest regret for my loss. on the the 15/01/2013 my claim was finalized, after several bad experiences with isurance companies I must say that i have recieved the best and most professional service from Budget and their consultant Zama Zulu.
