I bought a Groupon voucher for a Photo Shoot at Emotions Studio. I was unable to make the appointment. I called Emotions Studio to postpone which they assisted me with. I then called again as unfortunately there was a situation beyond my control which we were unable to make the appointment. Emotions Studio then advised me that the Coupon had expired and no further appointments will be granted. I then got hold of Groupon to assist me with a refund and they advised eventually that they will refund the R330 back to me this was on 28 November. With emails back & forth they have now declined the refund. I'm seriously not happy with this as they did promise to refund me.
