ON THE 13/02/2019 I BOUGHT A WIFI ROOTER FROM PEPCELL RICHARDS BAY. WHEN I REACHED HOME I FOUND THAT IT COULD NOT BE TURNED ON. I TOOK IT BACK TO THE SHOP TODAY (14/02/19).
AT THE SHOP THEY CORNFIRMED THE FACTORY FAULT BUT HOW EVER THEY REFUESD TO REFUND ME. THEY INSISTED THAT I TAKE ANYTHING WITH THE AMOUNT, WHICH I REFUSED TO DO. I LEFT THE ROOTER AT THE SHOP AS I WAS NOT PREPAIRED TO TAKE ANYTHING.
I AM AN ATTORNEY BY PROFFESSION AND AM PLANNING TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST PEP STORES.
