Telkom ADSL promises a failure
I started off subscribing to a 300kbps adsl line and because of the slow speed I was experiencing in my area (congestion between 08:00 and 17:00 according to the Telkom technical support staff) I upgraded to a 1mbps line, but still no joy as the line was extremely slow between 08:00 - 17:00.
