I CALLED INTO DISCOVERY TO QUERY A CLAIM THAT I NEVER SUBMITTED. AFTER HOLDING ON FOR KNOWS HOW LONG, A CONSULTANT PICKS UP AND THEN TELLS ME SHE HAS SYSTEM ISSUES AND CANNOT HELP WITH MY QUERY BUT WILL PUT ME THROUGH TO A COLLEAGUE.
