Lack of hospital in my area

I'm a member of Bonitas Medical Aid on the Boncap option.

I'm 7 months pregnant and need to book a bed for my confinement. I called in to their call centre to get
a list of hospitals in my area (Springs, Gauteng). To my suprise, they only had 1 hospital on the list which does not even have a maternity ward.

Surprisingly there's 2 other hospitals in the Springs area that can accommodate me but they are both not on the list. I spoke to a lady called Babalwa in their call center and she advised that I look into the next town close to where I stay.

This is not acceptable as I now have to travel and my gynecologist has confirmed that he only works in the hospitals in Springs and will not see me anywhere else.
