I have not received my refund

This is with reference with the refund I applied for on the 8th of October 2012.
My name is Akhona I booked your coach on the 8th Oct from Butterworth to Durban, we waited at the bus stop from 11:30 for 12:00 bus as advised at 13:00 I called the JHB branch on 011 333 2223 spoke with Lesley if I am spelling her name correctly because the bus was not there she advised me to wait the bus is on the way I waited with my kids under a tree on a rainy day with another passenger that booked for the bus on the 7th October and was advised to come on the 8th because the bus had problems in PE at 16:00 the bus came at the bus stop towed by a white bakkie and we stayed there until 17:00 while they were trying to fix the bus and at 17H00 we asked the bus driver (white guy) if there is hope the bus will be okey, he advised he is not sure as this is the same bus that was supposed to come on the 7th and it broke down in PE if we wait it is at our own choice he will not give us any assurance, I was travelling with kids and it was raining in Eastern Cape very cold, couldn't guarantee that the bus will make it to an 8hours trip couldn't risk my life and my kids life will all know how many lives
