3 family members on 2 separate occasions within the space of a week, were picked up late in Port Elizabeth due to mechanical problems on bus. The replacement bus then broke down on BOTH occasions, resulting in a almost 24 hour bus trip, instead of the usual 12 hours. Also an old uncomfortable bus was used. Why do we pay R400 per ticket for the comfort and convenience, and then we get terrible service, and have to travel in a bus which we are not even sure is roadworthy?
THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE-A BURGER AND CHIPS DOES NOT DO JUSTICE TO THE INCONVENIENCE MY FAMILY HAS SUFFERED!!
