Wow, just as I thought Kulula was the worst airline, Silas Macoro turned things around for me. I must say I was so impressed with the way my complaint was handled. The response time was amazing and everything handled professionally and to my sasisfaction.
Thank you so much for the great customer service Silas, I am lost for words. I truly appreciate the great care in which my complaint was handled, needless to mention my refund is in my bank account already.
