I missed my flight on new years day. I purchased additional tickets to fly back as I did not want to stress at the time and give any of the staff who have already made a sacrifice working on new years day any hassles.
I emailed Kulula and David Holland gladly created an account with a R2000.00 credit which I can claim whenever I make a ticket purchase within the year from today.
I am absolutely impressed with the hassle free response. You guys are a great team. My recent flights were so classy as well. Always arriving early and always a smooth flight.
