I have a PGO G-max 220 efi 2011 model.
Since day one I experienced some problems which luckily was sorted out by Mike Hopkins Motorcycles in CT to my satisfaction.
However, in November 2012 it appeared that the "Brake calliper pin and rattle-plate" of the rear brake had "worn out" and required replacing.
Till today (11 March 2013) I have not yet received any part/s and it would seem that either Kawasaki SA or the Manufacturer (PGO Taiwan) cannot supply or is not interested in supplying the relevant "worn" part/s to enable me to drive safely.
How is it possible that a customer has to wait for minimum 4 months with no response or back-up service from the national supplier or the manufacturer on an existing model?
