Very bad service

There was a rattle under my 320d BMW 2011 model. Technition drove with me to listen, it was loud and clear. FIRST time i took it in, they changed the brake pads, hoping the problem is fixed. Rattle still there. SECOND time i took it in, they changed the shocks, hoping the problem is fixed. Rattle still there. THIRD time, they kept my car for 2 weeks! Eventually they found the problem, but had to order a part from Germany. The next day i drove on the highway, a metal plate came loose under the car, i almost lost control. Drove 10 km/h with the metal plate dragging on the highway. Took the car back for the FOURTH time, they forgot to put some panel back after they worked on it therefore the metal plate came loose. While still waiting for this part for about 5 weeks (was supposed to be 3) i had to take my car for a service. Came home, they forgot to put back one of the wheel bolts! They obviously lost the bolt and had to order another one, then i have to go back AGAIN to pick it up AGAIN.Wonder how long this is going to take, it was supposed to be 1 day! I wonder how many times i need to take time off work because of their mess ups and mistakes they make. I am shocked by the incompetence
