This is a follow up to my initial query logged on Hellopeter.com. I was promised a refund by Yoshin on the 13/11/2013 @ 18:10 & am still WAITING. I have sent numerous emails to the supervisor escalations email address but to no avail. Seems like i will only get a response via HELLOPETER.COM.
I did not receive the services for those days, so i am entitled to a refund. Should i not receive a positive response then i will have no other option but revert to the CPA!! Why must i be further inconvenienced because of your negligence. PLEASE LIVE UP TO YOU COMPANY NAME AT LEAST!!! For now there is NOTHING TOP abt YOU...
