Incompetence and Bad attitude

We booked our accommodation to Mauritius with this agency - we then decide to upgrade to all inclusive.
A price was sent to us previously and we requested if the price was still valid - which she emailed back saying it is - we asked for banking details and invoice - got one back which was incorrect - she sends another this morning with an increased price - she refuses to amend the invoice.
The director also does nothing to amend this given the info in front of him,

Obviously they don't care as they already have the accommodation paid to them in full.

Absolutely pathetic service.
