I booked a ticket via the online Ebucks website, just to find that I had replaced the passenger name with mine.
5 minutes after booking the ticket I called the kulula call centre (spoke to Bronwan) and asked them to change the name. They insisted that it couldn't be done as I accepted their terms and conditions, and that they also couldn't refund me with a new ticked.
I asked to talk to the supervisor (Nicolas Nqivh), who mentioned firstly that he also could do anything and I may aswell just throw away that ticket as he cannot refund me the monies nor change the passenger name, I then discussed that this problem is not unique to me and that numerous cases (similar to mine) have been reported on HelloPeter.com, and that there must be something that could be done, to which he replied -he had never in his entire life as a supervisor had to deal with this type of case. His attitude was very unhelpful.
I really think management should get involved, I want a refund or the ticket name replaced.
