Spent lots of money on accomodation to only find out we were put in a terrible hotel in Dubai, paid for an upgrade that we did not receive. Did not receive what was quoted in our booking confirmation and when we tried to complain received a letter last week stating that this is not an appropriate time for them to investigate. Pathetic after sales service form a pathetic company. The Sunday Times should get a hold of this story and show people how important client services really is to Thompson's.
