Bus did not show up no assistend will help for a refund

City to City bus was supposed to pick me up at 3 am I waited till 5 am no sign of bus and also no SMS or explaining. I tried all the contact numbers I could find, only one answers and then gives a WhatsApp number. I then send them a WhatsApp I was left on read no response. I was supposed to get on another bus after this one, I missed that one because of city to city. I am very disappointed. I am unsure of what to do now because i have no assistent or respomse... 1..00
