Greyhound
Cockroaches still crawling in buses

Hi,

I took a return bus from from JHB to Grahamstown on 01Feb & returned 05Feb and there were cockroaches on seats and coming out of window panes on bioth buses... Let me guess you are going to send this cut and paste response as I have noticed with other complaints of the same nature:
"... We can assure you that our coaches are fumigated on a regular basis, even more so, during the summer months as the increased rainfalls and humidity attracts the cockroaches. Regrettably, not all passengers practice the same hygiene standards and consume various perishables and food items on board. When not disposed of correctly, this unfortunately also attracts our little unwanted guests. We place a very high standard on ensuring optimum onboard hygiene. This is simply non-negotiable and paramount.
Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience and discomfort caused..."

or are you actually going to do something about the roaches? Alot of people especially students boarding the Gtown buses complain about this and yet the problem continues, clearly you have not done something about it?
