I have booked a return trip in march and was perusing Helicopter for comments about greyhound and was horrified to see quite a few comments about cockroaches on the buses. On calling them I was at first told to write an email. I insisted on speaking to someone. After a long wait the person I spoke to could not answer the question about what has Ben done to rectify the situation given that their standard imitation protocol is not effective. No answer and the cheek to say that i was free to cancel my booking should I wish to. Eventually she reluctantly said she would get someone to call me. Needless to say, this has not happened. A post on their Facebook page was responded with a 'sorry we can't help you, send an email.' They appear not to care at all!!
