Bad service at motorcycle dealership

I walked into the store and a group of employees were gathered at a particular desk chatting and they did not show any concern of me and my wife potential buyers. We entertained ourselves at the bikes looked at the apparel and just no one of the sales staff were even concerned with our very being in the store. I noted this to my wife who works in retail by the way and in dismay we decided to leave the store. Now I know why we do not see too many Kawasakis on the road.
