Jurie who works for Cathay Pacific at the check in counter at OR Tambo International airport, white young male.
I unfortunately never got his last name, but we were flying from Johannesburg to Hong Kong at 12:30pm on the 21 December... Jurie under pressure helped my family and I arrange our seats with great attitude and assistance... I was very thankful and grateful for the way in which he handled the situation... wonderful to finally see some world class service... he even came looking for us when we were running late for our flight and I would like to thank Jurie and I really do hope that he will get this passed onto him... Well done Jurie you are an absolute star, all the best for the future!!! I did say just before i boarded the plane that I was going to send a mail of gratitude and thanks!!! Cathay Pacific please take care of this individual
