Kulula has seriously messed up our plans. My family needs to fly to Cape Town for a family wedding.
I checked the flights from Lanseria to Cape Town this last weekend (12 January 2014), and identified the specific flights we need. I intended to purchase during the course of the following week once I had confirmed the number of tickets.
Kulula announced their sale for Wednesday, 15 January 2014 at 06h00.
I jumped through their hoops and logged on at 06h00 to try book the tickets, but at 06h40 I was still unable to get to the flight selection screen because their servers/connection could not handle the demand.
Now, it appears like I won't even get those tickets at the "regular" price thanks to this fiasco.
Dear Kulula, Please up your capacity if you have a sale because this is a virtual slap in the face to your customers.
