Not Paying agreed 50% refund

We booked a week accomodation in the morning but went to view the resort on the same day and as it had no private toilets asked to cancel the room. We were told that management was in a meeting and they will refund us the next day. after a month of no payment we egreed to a 50% refund. Two days later we were told that they will not pay.
