On 22 October we boarded CK Tours at Tropicana Hotel in Durban beachfront for a trip to Wild Coast Sun. We put our luggage into the holder and boarded the bus. Whilst on the bus we noticed a vagrant running away with 2 bags - this happened because the driver left it unattended and open whilst he was chatting on the other side of the bus. This to me is gross negligence. This matter was reported to CK Tours and to the PRO at Wild Coast Sun. Despite all efforts, Praven Naidoo of CK Tours is adamant that they won't accept responsiblity and no remuneration will be made for our loss. Who is responsible. It is very disconcerting to note that a service is offered with no peace of mind for items left in their care. I believe my friend and I should be reimbursed for our loss as it inconvenienced us for our trip.
