The bus is suppose to depart from Johannesburg to Durban at 11:00am, it is now 11:55 and niether the bus nor an update from the company/ consultants is to be seen/ heard which causes a mass inconvenience & shows gross incompetence. At this rate i can't imagine myself taking the bus ever again nor recommend it to any frequent traveller. Am highly disapointed and extremely peeved to say the least
