I called the call centre to enquire about bus routes and if I can get any from Pretoria to Rosebank, the call centre gave me a number to call.
i spoke to one of the lady at the pretoria offices who was very rude and gave me wrong information, telling that i need to come to the depot to find out such things. i also wanted to know the costs included in using this services but as ignorant as she was she couldn't even tell me or should I quote " the only people who know about the prices and bus routes are drivers we are not drivers, her colleague in the background added" I mean why do we have a call centre if we cannot get help?
