Bus driver left 2 passenger behind

We checked in and was informed that the bus has already left, when the staff member was asked what time the bus hasleft he stated that it left 7-10mins before the time. He even called the drive to hear how far the bus was as i want to drive after the it.the bus drive informed him that he has joined the Kroonstad offramp and is out of Bfn, which does not make sense it does not take a bus 7-10mins from the station to take the offramp unless if he was driving fast or skipped red lights. Based on the way the staff answered the driver one could make out that he was rude.one of fello passanger had to be in the exam room at 08:00am and i had to be at the office. When we requested to be refund to use other bus we were informed that it cannot happen the staff called head office to arrange for it there was no answer. I than call the 083 number which does not exit.we were than informed that there is space on the 02:00am bus which also arrived late.so is sa roadlink going to pay for the extra expense that we had and if the passanger missed his exams will they pay for that. I feel that if we were refunded we were not going to have extras to pay for.we booked the 00:50 bus for a reason.
