Was really shocked to see an Intercape bus, with passengers on board, overtake a car on the N2 in Cape Town at 20h30 on 31 Aug 2013, whilst it was pouring with rain; with no rear lights working. Registration number BB 69 ZW - GP. You guys really for not caring for the safety of your passengers or fellow road users!
