The attitude and service is appalling

I booked an Intercape bus to Queenstown from cape town on 21 December 2013. Upon arrival at the Cape Town bus terminal I was surprised to see that there was no one to guide travelers about where they should go. After asking around, thank goodners for the other travelers, I was eventually shown where I should go to weigh my luggage. I suggested to the gentleman weighing my bags that they should make an announcement to provide clear guidance because people were confused. He said to me that an announcement had been made but "you people don't listen". A lady standing next to me shared my sentiments that no announcement had been made. The gentleman weighting my kicked my bags off the scale and asked me to move. When I asked him why he kicked my he said "brother don't be harde with me".
Another group of people were told to get off the bus after their luggage had been loaded on the wrong bus by the Intercape personnel.
I've always preferred Intercape and recommended it to other people as well. but I hate to say that the service and attitude was terrible.
The lady at the boarding gate was very friendly though.
