The bus has delayed for over 4hours, scheduled to leave @8:30 but still here at 12:30 no sign of bus or official to update us of when the bus will arrive... Please work on your customer service this is total bull. I even enquired with the teller where we buy tickets but was told to wait endlessly, no time frame even. She frankly couldn't care what is the situation or even try to find out what is the delay.
