I filled an application with the intention to make use of the promotional holiday vouchers as it was explained to me and as it was also explained to me that after i have taken one of the holidays and is impress with the club, i can join if i want to. i was asked to make a payment of R1370.00 of which i paid on the day.
i believe that i was mislead with all this promotional thing just to catch me as they want to bill me for a month's charges as a member and i don't even belong to the club - i haven't even tried the products offered which is in the form of holidays
i send my cancellation letter and all the requested document to Ashmika on the 11th December and had up till now no feedback - i called Tuesday to the offices of Flexi Club and forwarded the documents again as requested but stil no response from the company
i am very disappointed in the way they treating me - i don't want to go ahead with this as the whole promotional thing is like a to me and a marketing myth - can you please refund me
