Good Day and to whom it may concern

I am very disappointed with service with Citliner
I booked my tickets for the Thursday 12/12/2013 for 19:45pm
1. Bus was delayed, came at 8:00pm, the we was told that we need to change bus at park station, which we did but it was not Citi liner - it was Maharaja Tours

We booked a return ticket for Monday the 16th December 2013 for 8: 30am
Bus was delayed and left Durban station at 9am. We stopped in PMB for passages, that took another 20min. my husband that wanted to use the loo m he was told by bus driver that he cannot get off the bus and use the loo. Yet the was delayed there. My husband made a Nosie and when to the loo, as we were waiting in bus, we was told by the bus driver we must write to the head office about that. we get this hawkers or should I call them sellers, coming and selling, chips and hot dogs inside the bus.
The bus took for ever to get to Midrand, we were almost 9 to 10 hours in the bus.
Then we reached park station, we was not told to get off the bus and get on to another, if we was told I would have got my things from the bus and kept it away.
I am never ever going to be taking Citliner anywhere, I rathe
