Poor service and lack of information

We booked accommodation at the Hilton (Durban) in September 2013, for December 2013. Our family of four is traveling down because our child is participating in a tournament at the ICC. Serendipity tours made the bookings on behalf of the organizers of the tournament. Serendipity tours only offered us standard rooms for the duration of the tournament. Serendipity tours never offered us the family rooms... which resulted in costing us an additional R4000.00.
Despite paying the full amount to them in September they only confirmed our booking in late November 2013.
Jenna was never available to answer my calls as she was always with a client, and did not respond to my e-mails either.
