I would like to take a few moments to give credit where credit is due. Ms Kim De Jager of Flight Centre Shelly Beach not only delivered on excellent service but has really taken the time out to get to know her clients and understand their needs. Although I am not a local to Shelly Beach but reside in Johannesburg I had the pleaseure of dealing with her in my last flight and accomodation needs. I have never met her in person but felt I had known her forever. My flights and accomodation were changed on short notice and bookings cancelled at short notice, however Ms De Jager was on top of it at all times, re-arranging and accomodating me for my every need. Not to mention the trip was from South Africa to several destinations in the United States, her job was met with a smile and efficientcy at all times. A huge heart felt thank you to her and her team at Shelly Beach Flight Centre. I highly recommend them and will only ever use them in my future travells. Well Done!!!
