Dear Sir/Madam
Yesterday I bordered one of your busses from Johannesburg's Park Station to King Williams Town. It was my third experience with SARoadlink and unfortunately none have been pleasant.
1. Bus meant to leave at 18:20pm left 2 hours later at 20:00pm with no reasons given for the delay. This was somewhat tolerable as we are in peak season.
2. Incredibly rude behaviour displayed by the drivers. This I had experienced before with your drivers. On this occasion poorly communicating with passengers not to disembark and refresh in Kroonstad (traditionally a refresh station) and then subsequently driving off. Driver then stopped on the freeway as an old lady struggled and out of breathe had to cross a field in the dark in order to board. Upon boarding being given a tongue lashing by the same driver.
3. Dangerous and reckless driving by same drivers in the down hills in Herford country towards Queenstown. Bus was travelling at incredible speeds with a number of senior citizens on board as well as small children passengers had their hearts in their throats.
4. The condition of the bus itself. bus had panels missing
5. The intercom/ public address system was not utilised/broken.
