HI

I booked my ticket via travel start website made payment an yet only for them to tell me i must wait for clearance that i understand but i had to wait 4 days for the payment to clear and after numbers phone calls i confirmed my ticket date and time which was for 13th Dec 2013 at 20:05.

For i am not always on email i took 4 agencies word that my flight is at night. never bother to check any of my email for confirmation only when i wanted to board i got told i missed my flight and all my money.

What is the reason why we get asked for out telephone numbers when making a booking? why doesn't travel start have a after hour telephone line? Where did all my money go when i didn't even fly to CPT, can someone please advise me on this matter and this was a well planned trip for my mom 50th Birthday which is on the 14th Dec. How pathetic
