This bus broke down in the middle of the highway on Sunday night, delayed by many hours. I was not able to attend work because of this delay, i request the call center to send me some type of proof that i was on the bus and that it was broken down and i am told i cant obtain this. I am now faced with my employer that thinks im lying with no proof what so ever . yet this delay was from SA Roadlink! Highly frustrated and off! thats the last of Roadlink with me
