Consistent flight delays

Hi, for the forth time this year a flight from Botswana to JHB (Flight SA 1766) is delayed by at least two hours and sadly I'm on that flight... not sure why as it's always a technical error which is never explained, now the effects that affect me directly, I have pay 2 extra hours for parking, 2 wasted hours as the airport has no wifi, I miss planned meeting in SA due to SAX . If the planes are old please buy new ones or please service them regularly to avoid such delays as the impact on passengers is quite significant. I would like to hear from sax as I keep reading about them getting into new routes but not sure how they will cope with additional workload if they can't handle this ones.
