Unnecessary delays at security checpoint

On Wed 23 Oct 2013, at the domestic security checkpoint between 10h00-11h00, the security company had only 3 gates opened. This resulted in backups on both sides past the full length of the waiting area. Many anxious passengers tried to push through to avoid missing their flights. Many people accommodated this but more and more passengers became irate as many more passengers tried this tactic. There was much anger and talk of inefficiency amongst the passenger which I highlight here. The work ethic at this area is poor and needs adressing
