Amazing Customer Service!

We forgot the adaptor ring for our baby's stroller/travel system in a trolley at the CPT International Airport parking garage. We had bought the system overseas and the supplier has since discontinued the range, so losing the ring effectively rendered the whole travel system useless, as getting a replacement would be impossible.

After checking with ACSA and the SAPS at the airport, we had no luck in finding it. We then lodged a comment on ACSA's website asking them to review their procedures for lost items as it was a bit frustrating trying to find out whether the ring had been found or not.

From there Bronwyn and Dian sprang into action and reviewed all the video footage of the garage and questioned the guys who collect the trolleys. They then established that the ring had been thrown away. From there Dian went and searched through both rubbish skips at the airport and eventually found the ring in the second one!

We are amazed at the level of service and commmitment that they have shown and are incredibly grateful to them for recovering the ring, as it has saved us thousands of rands in the cost of replacing the stroller. We wanted to thank them again (publicly) on HP as well.
