Cityliner, bad service

On the evening of 06/10/2013 my wife and four kids travelled with the cityliner between johannesburg and kokstad, a journey that started at 19h00 and reached the destination at 04h30 the next morning..

about an hour or so into the trip the bus stopped to pick up more passangers (a stop that might not have been scheduled) my was was told to let one of our kids was to sit on her lap she refused as we had payed full fare for all the kids.. the crew member got were upset and was very rude towards my wife, and even refused assistance when she needed with 3 of the safety belts that were stuck.

i feel the crew members were not very considerate of the safety of the passangers in loading more people if there was no space to seat them and not wanting to assist with faulty safety belts.
