I wrote a letter to Flexi Club to cancel my membership because I couldn't afford it anymore and their bookings was always full but I never received any feedback from them I thereafter forwarded them an email but still nothing happened I there after stopped the EFT payments I then received letters from their attorney Louis Hansmeyer threatening to issue summons against me. I tried to seek legal help without success thereafter my brother received an sms informing him that I was going to be garnished. The amount paid to them so far is R15000.00 and I never benefited from the club.
