Damaged travelcase and no response from Kulula

Reported damaged travelcase on kulula's website on Saturday 13/7 after returning from a Johannesburg capetown trip on12/7 but have had no response whatsoever!
How do I contact kulula otherwise. It seems that they are only interested in making reservations.. No after sales service
