I recently booked a flight to Bloemfontein, however i had to request to move the flights forward and now when i want ot do it i get told that its not just the admin fee however extra cost which equate to almost another return flight.
I called the call centre wanting to speak to the manager, then were told that she is out however i could mail her and she would respond on her return.
I requested her to call me on my contact details however my email was hardly sent when i got a generic responds from her with all my details explaining that they are not prepared to help me.
CAN SOMEONE OF AUTHORITY PLEASE HELP?
