Mother has enphazima and on oxygen assisted walking with a walker. Booked to trsvel to UK to visit us. Supplied letter from doctor to advise would require oxygen. Have mobile oxygen machine. Booked assisted passangers. Left stranded to board plane. In Dubai was split seating on flight. Called to report bad service & no assistance. Now advised will not be allowed to board for return flight without doctors letter. with some tests required. If I had not complained. I am sure they would not gave had to endure this and just but up with the bad service and no assistance. Surely this is victamising and bulling a elderly couple over 70 years. I have a distraut and upset mother here in the UK a holiday of a life time is turning into a continous nightmare. Because we dared to complain. We were advised they should not have been allowed to board un SA. They supplied the relevant letters. Really? whos faul is ir and why been victamised when my parents are here ib the UK and no access to doctors etc etc as been request by emirates. Maybe they need to relook at the service award received for 2013. we have nit benefitted from ut
