Prestige Transport Services offer a deal on Groupon with supposedly all the terms and conditions on the offer. Upon wanting to redeem the offer they suddenly impose additional fees not mentioned on the offer with the existing terms.
Upon contacting them they did all they could to pass the buck onto Groupon (Groupon which appears to have done nothing wrong) by grabbing at straws, sending Groupon's general terms and conditions instead of their own that specifically relate to the deal. It appears that they did not properly read through their advertisement and failed to include certain terms which they are now attempting to impose.
They advised that they will arrange a credit from Groupon (which I am awaiting) but that I should take my future business elsewhere. And this from a company that supposedly provides VIP transport services!
