20130730 - Bad Experience. Made online booking for flights to Durban from Lanseria. 4 tickets return. After immediate payment made of 4K and notification received, seen that incorrect time was selected on return. Attempted to make immediate changes. Website says amendments option available, but when trying - This option disabled. Notification was to contact call center. Made call to correct error but advised that it will cost 300 per ticket (This is outrageous) can understand if it was a few days later or near the time of the flight, but immediate change as well as 3 months in advance - still have to pay?? / This is BAD. This will be made worse for the Airline as the passengers are two kids 2y and 4y - at night. Tired and miserable. Being forced to pay this. BAD
