You do not stand by those words. Your service is rude, down to dangerous levels.
If you wish to know more of my complaint feel free to call me. If you don't it would not surprise me.
You have lost me as a customer for good. Nothing you say or do can make amends.
After the service I have experienced from you, I WILL NEVER FLY BA OR KULULA EVER AGAIN. PERIOD. I will only Fly SAA going forward.
The sooner you exit South Africa the sooner we can get the service we deserve as the customers
who fund your operation.
You disgust me. SAA is streets ahead of you in service and common decency.
Please get out of our country, and let other more courteous operators show you how you should treat the people who pay for your salaries.
