It is totaly pathetic how long a person has to wait for a bus to arive after the ticket cleary states the time that the bus should arive. i booked my ticket from george to cape town at 12 o clock at night at by 2 o clock the bus still has not arrived. i mean the company does not even have the decency to appologize for the delay and what about our savety... this is the last time i will be booking a ticket at city to city...
